James is a qualified Electrical Engineer, who has 20 years’ experience working as a Project Manager, Construction Manager & Commissioning Manager in the Mining, Petrochemical and Construction Industries.

Between them, Nicolle & James have owned, managed and sold properties both within Australia and overseas.  Strategies they have employed to add value to their properties include subdivision, strata titling, renovation, executive leasing, and short term rentals.

Their current focus is on acquiring commercial properties with value add potential, and the option to either hold for cashflow, or sell on for equity increase.
